"ENTIRE SHOP" EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE

License Grant

Upon purchasing this license, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital products from the Licensor’s shop for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, printing digital designs as sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, direct to film print transfers, or any other similar transfer type that would be sold individually.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

1. Digital Product Usage:

   • Licensee is permitted to print digital designs for resale in the form of physical transfers.
   • Digital products must be purchased separately from this license.
   • Digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.

2. Design Representation:

   • All digital designs are displayed on mock-up graphic templates to showcase color and graphic detail.
   • Licensor is not responsible for color variations arising from different printing partners chosen by the Licensee.

3. Design Ownership:

   • Licensee may not claim the digital designs as their own.
   • Licensee must watermark the designs with a personal or business watermark before advertising.
   • Designs are sold "as is" and are not subject to changes or customizations post-purchase. Customizations may incur additional charges at the Licensor's discretion.

4. Vendor Approval:

   • Licensee may not submit digital files to any printing source or partner without prior approval from the Licensor.
   • Licensee is prohibited from sharing designs in any dump groups or social media groups.

5. Design Alterations:

   • Licensee may not alter designs, add additional graphics, or wording without appropriate approval from the Licensor, unless the design is indicated as a template within the listing.

6. Trademark and Copyright:

   • Licensor is not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringements related to the purchase, printing, or manufacturing of products using digital designs.

7. License Scope:

   • This license is intended for use by a single individual or business and cannot be transferred or sold to another party.
   • Licensee must provide intended use details and business/personal contact information upon checkout for internal use purposes.

Termination and Compliance

• Licensor reserves the right to terminate or revoke this license at any time due to non-compliance or failure to adhere to the terms.
• No refunds will be provided for the license or digital products due to non-compliance.

Amendments

• Licensor reserves the right to edit or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing this license, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in license termination.
